How to Reset Your Remote Car Starter

Today a vehicle starter is becoming more and more popular amongst vehicle owners. Check your starter and ignition key

  • Sit in a truck with opened doors. Check your starter and ignition key.
  • Then start your vehicle. To do this, turn your ignition key to the “On” position.
  • After that, hold the “Valet” button. As a result, you’ll hear a beep.
  • Repeat the previous step again, after this press and release the starter button on the remote control.

Stage 1

First, sit in your Ford F150 and check all the doors are not open. Do not forget to bring your remote starter.

Stage 2

After this process, you have to start your vehicle. Just turn your key to the “On”. You will then see the headlights are on. Choose the “Lock” button on a key fob. Then rotate the key to the “Off”.  Perform this action five seconds after rotating the key to the “On” position and do not take out the key after turning it to the “Off”.

Stage 3

Then do the previous action again three times. But the next time the locks have to create a little noise. Then hold the “Lock” button in the ignition switch and on any optional vehicle remote control starters. A little time after rotating the key to the “On”, turn it to “Off”. Finally, take out the key and close the doors. Also, check the remote key fob starter is reset.
